Indian made a history at Guangzhou Asian Games 2010 by achieving total 64 medals including fourteen gold medals, highest medal tally in all previous Asian games. Jyotishacharya Vinay Sheel Saxena had stated such possibility in his prediction which was published on several press releases. Jyotishacharya ji examined the Dasha and Gocher of India and after carefully inspection of India’s whole kundli, he predicted India and its sportspersons fortune and wining possibilities in Asian Games that ultimately came true at Guangzhou.

In his prediction he forecasted the possibility of India to perform much better than the previous Asian game held at Doha in 2006, where Indian got overall 53 medals with 10 gold. He predicted in his forecast that “the results what India can get in the Asian games shall be better than the results India got in the previous games.” His all magical words came true and India created history as it broke all Asian games medal tally record by wining more than sixty medals with fourteen gold. Jyotishacharya ji declared that “India would shine and maintain its supremacy in kabbdi”, and Indian’s men and women kabbdi team did not disappointed him by clinching the gold medal in both the events.

His forecast on other games like power lifting wrestling and shooting got the same successful route as it was predicted earlier by Jyotishacharya Vinay Sheel Saxena. In his own words “India did pretty well in Guangzhou Asian games and would also show more improved and better performance in next Asian games”.

Today i.e on 16 th November 2010 Sun will come out of its debilitated sign which was Libra and start transiting in friendly sign of Scorpio whose lord is Mars. It is observed on the 6^th day of the waxing moon of the month of Kartik in the Hindu calendar. The word Chhath is also a compound of two words: "Chah" meaning "six stages", and "Hath" refers to the science of Hath Yog (asceticism). The word Chhath refers to the process of consciously obtaining the solar energy through six stages involving the methods of Hath Yog. "Hath" here refers to the austerities such as fasting and standing in water.

The rituals of the festival are rigorous and are observed over a period of four days. They include holy bathing, fasting and abstaining from drinking water , standing in water for long periods of time, and offering prasad (prayer offerings) and aragh (water) to the setting and rising Sun. In these four days the body of the devotee becomes  detoxified and pious and if all the hymns and the procedures are religiously followed then the devotee makes a contact with the sun God who in turn starts bestowing his devotee with extreme energy which starts radiating in his body. The devotee no longer needs the physical intake of food and water for his upkeep, and this was how the ancient yogis went without the food and water for days together.

So start observing this sacred festival of Chhat and see for your self how your body starts beaming with energy and confidence. Even in the events of lows and losses the feeling of depression shall not engulf you.
